MiniDive allows anyone to dive in shallow water, no license required
I've always wanted to go scuba diving, but honestly the time and money required to get the certification and the equipment is too much. In addition, even if I want to see pretty fish, the depths of the sea scare me a little. So instead I stick to snorkeling when I go to Hawaii.
But, if I could have a lightweight diving system that allows me to explore a little more than with a snorkel, without bulky (and expensive) equipment, and without the need for certification, then I would dive anywhere. And that's where MiniDive comes in.
MiniDive is a French company that manufactures a small cylinder (0.5L) with regulator that attaches comfortably to your chest, allowing you to explore shallow seas without the hassle of large diving systems, and without the risk of inhaling. sea water as with a snorkel.

The coolest part is that the system is compact, which means you can take it on a plane (empty tank, open valve), and fill it yourself with the included manual pump, or with a small electric pump. .
Underwater time is approximately 10 minutes with a full bottle. And although the system can go down to 50 meters, you are only supposed to descend to 3 meters due to regulations. But still, if you're looking for a better way than just a snorkel, this is the way to go.
Orders are shipped from France in approximately 3-5 days, and it depends on the shipping options.
