You no longer need to be a professional diver or an advanced connoisseur of scuba equipment to enjoy the pleasures of the underwater world. Recently, a French start-up released its product - “MiniDive Pro”, which can be filled by the user. In this way, the founders wanted to make shallow scuba diving accessible to everyone.

Features of the diving tank

The MiniDive Pro consists of a 1st and 2nd stage regulator, an HP pressure gauge, a male refill clip, a valve and a diving tank. The internal water volume of the tank is 0.5 L with a maximum allowable pressure of 200 bar. The weight of an empty tank is 2.1 kg and 30.5 x 20 x 11.5 cm, which makes it very light and easy to use. The maximum authorized depth for non-divers is 3 m. These technical characteristics allow you to breathe underwater for 5 to 10 minutes.

The most important part before diving is filling the tank.

There are 4 ways to do this correctly and safely on the MiniDive Pro:

Manual hand pump (high pressure) - easy to use, does not need a power source. The pumping time is 10 to 20 minutes on average.

Electric compressor - mini compressor specially developed for the MiniDive Pro. It can be plugged into a 220 V socket. Very fast filling: 2 minutes of 30 seconds. With the safety valve, it is safe.

Filling station - this is a small adapter for air transfer, available as a pack or independently.

Classic diving compressor - directly use the DIN valve

Several accessories are available with the MiniDive Pro such as compressed air refills (additional bottles)

The warranty of the MiniDive Pro is 2 years and 1 year for a hand pump and the mini compressor.
